My name is Hilary and I live in Ohio. “Cooking like a Carioca” documents my attempts to re-create classic Brazilian dishes and drinks in America.
My interest in Brazilian culture started as a “fling” and is now a borderline obsession. I’m convinced that anyone who’s had the opportunity to visit The Marvelous City, Rio de Janeiro, shares my enthusiasm. So here’s to bringing Carioca cooking to the States!
